Billing Engineer

Job Description

Conduct research for potential vendors, assist in the selection of vendors and provide inputs in evaluation of shortlisted vendors. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and evaluate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Prepare purchase orders for the project requirements by monitoring stock levels and ensure that the required goods are ordered at the right time. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and verify that the quality and quantity of materials received is as per the terms and conditions of the purchase order. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Evaluate the vendors/contractors on a timely basis by gathering team and provide constant feedback to the vendors/contractors goods/services. Coordinate with regions to ensure the timely receipt of goods and vendors/contractors and ensure necessary material is available at quantity and quality.
