Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage client and contractor billing for substation and transmission line projects
Verify quantities, rate analysis, and ensure accurate measurement sheets
Coordinate with project teams for billing data, BOQ updates, and site progress
Review contract agreements and ensure billing compliance
Prepare MIS reports and maintain billing records
Handle reconciliation of materials and contractor bills

Required Skills & Experience:

8 to 15 years of relevant experience in billing for substation and transmission line projects
Strong knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ, rate analysis, and project documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software
Good communication and coordination skills
