Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in Dehradun. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. Day-to-day tasks will include quantity surveying, analyzing project costs, and providing detailed reports. The Billing Engineer will also collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. Qualifications Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying Proficiency in Billing Systems and conducting Rate Analysis Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus Prepare Construction Contracts Maintain Purchase Records Manage Contractor and Vendor Payments
