Billing Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining Panjwani Architects as a full-time Billing Engineer based in Dehradun. Your main responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. Additionally, you will be involved in quantity surveying, analyzing project costs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct Quantity Surveying - Manage billing systems and conduct Rate Analysis - Analyze project costs and provide detailed reports - Collaborate with different departments for accurate billing - Prepare Construction Contracts - Maintain Purchase Records Qualification Required: - Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying - Proficiency in Billing Systems and conducting Rate Analysis - Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field - Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus,
