Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in Dehradun. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. Day-to-day tasks will include quantity surveying, analyzing project costs, and providing detailed reports. The Billing Engineer will also collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in Billing Systems and conducting Rate Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus
• Prepare Construction Contracts
• Maintain Purchase Records
• Manage Contractor and Vendor Payments
