Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least two years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will plan and execute integrated online marketing campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, and social media channels, while bringing a strong aesthetic sensibility to creative assets and design. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics; recommend improvements Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, crawlability, schema markup) Paid Advertising Management: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms Manage budgets, bids, ad creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments Social Media Marketing (SSM): Develop and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Craft engaging posts, run paid social campaigns, and foster community engagement Track social KPIs (reach, engagement, followers growth) and iterate strategy Creative & Design Oversight: Collaborate with designers (in-house or freelance) to produce on-brand visuals Provide feedback on graphics, videos, and ad creatives to ensure clarity and impact Use basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce or refine assets Analytics & Reporting: Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Present findings and next-step recommendations to leadership Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with content writers, developers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts Liaise with external agencies or vendors as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns Strong command of social media platforms and best practices Good eye for design and ability to critique or produce marketing creatives Familiarity with basic design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data Preferred Skills Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing-page tweaks Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Experience: Google Ads: 1 year (Required) SEO tools: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
