Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing function. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical skills to drive consistent business growth through multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities-


  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize campaign performance by improving targeting, ad creatives, and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytics summaries to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Implement data-driven tactics for consistent lead generation and improved online visibility.
  • Build and enhance brand visibility across international markets through SEO, paid ads, and content strategies.


Innovation, Tools & Automation

  • Integrate modern marketing tools, automation workflows, and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing, campaign audits, and creative experiments to maximize results.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Create structured reporting systems for transparent, data-backed performance tracking.


Performance Monitoring & Team Coordination

  • Define marketing goals and individual KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Review weekly performance, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability across marketing operations.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate mentorship or upskilling initiatives.


Leadership & Reporting

  • Communicate regularly with management on progress, achievements, and strategy updates.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports with key highlights and next-step recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, marketing budgets, and internal approval processes.
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in all interactions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing for IT or service-based industries.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and similar.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics are a plus.
