Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities -


1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
  • Define performance KPIs, track progress, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals (leads, traffic, conversions).
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently for maximum ROI.


2. Performance Marketing

  • Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.


3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization, link-building, and keyword research.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and web copy.


4. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage social media calendars for clients and in-house branding.
  • Drive engagement, increase followers, and build community presence across all relevant platforms.


5. Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, content writers, and campaign specialists.
  • Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.


6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing lead generation and performance campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot certifications (preferred).
  • Experience working in a digital agency environment.
