We are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and build a results-driven digital presence for our clients and our own brand. Key Responsibilities - 1. Strategy & Planning Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) Define performance KPIs, track progress, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals (leads, traffic, conversions). Manage marketing budgets efficiently for maximum ROI. 2. Performance Marketing Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize ad spend and improve ROI. 3. SEO & Content Marketing Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization, link-building, and keyword research. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and web copy. 4. Social Media Management Plan, create, and manage social media calendars for clients and in-house branding. Drive engagement, increase followers, and build community presence across all relevant platforms. 5. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of designers, content writers, and campaign specialists. Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Proven experience in managing lead generation and performance campaigns. Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability. Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
