Job Description

Role Overview
We’re an early-stage startup. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager with hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, budgeting, and client communications. You’ll be responsible for crafting marketing strategies, executing campaigns, managing budgets, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocate spends effectively across channels (paid, organic, social, influencer, etc.).
  • Create marketing roadmaps, campaign calendars, and performance benchmarks.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates), prepare insights-driven reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing copies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for tracking and optimization.

Social Media & Branding

  • Create and manage organic and paid social media strategies across key platforms.
  • Develop content calendars, ensure consistent brand messaging, and engage with online communities.
  • Work with design teams to create impactful visuals, videos, and reels.

Client & Team Interaction

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders – understand objectives, present strategies, and report campaign results.
  • Coordinate with creative, technical, and content teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management/clients regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, budgeting, and execution.
  • Strong command over performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or digital agency is a plus.
  • Immediate joiner preferred — candidates with a notice period longer than 15 days will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
