Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

You’ll work directly with the founders to strengthen Linen Trail’s voice across platforms, build a loyal community of linen enthusiasts, and translate our brand values into engaging, measurable digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a

    content-driven marketing strategy

    across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee

    social media planning, campaigns, and influencer collaborations

    , ensuring every post and reel reflects Linen Trail’s quiet luxury ethos.
  • Build and nurture an engaged

    brand community

    — from loyal customers to creators and advocates.
  • Manage

    digital ad campaigns

    (Meta, Google) with a strong focus on storytelling and creative testing.
  • Track and report on key content metrics — engagement, reach, sentiment, traffic, conversions — to continuously refine strategy.
  • Coordinate with the in-house creative and production teams for shoots, styling, and campaign rollouts.
  • Develop and manage

    email and WhatsApp marketing

    flows for retention and storytelling.
  • Use insights from analytics and customer feedback to inform future campaigns and community initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    digital marketing, content strategy, or social media roles

    (D2C or fashion experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of building brand presence and communities across digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and analytics tools

  • Strong understanding of

    brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling

    .
  • Ability to use

    data and insights

    to guide creative direction.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC, retention tools (Klaviyo, Contlo, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp automation).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach — comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
