We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid ad campaigns, social media strategy, and analytics, along with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive ROI-focused marketing initiatives across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage budgets efficiently to drive high ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Track, measure, and report performance of all campaigns; analyze ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, banners, and video content aligned with audience targeting.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Manage performance marketing dashboards and regularly share actionable insights.
2. Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, follower engagement, and traffic.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create visually appealing and engaging content (static posts, reels, videos, carousels).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and user-generated content to amplify brand reach.
- Drive community engagement through timely responses, DMs, stories, polls, and contests.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze web traffic, user behavior, conversion data, and marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and AdWords.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to the senior leadership team.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition.
4. SEO and Email Marketing (Basic Understanding Preferred):
- Collaborate with content writers to implement SEO best practices across website and blogs.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns (if required), analyze open and click-through rates, and suggest optimization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
- Proficient in Excel, marketing automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta BluePrint, or HubSpot.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns or working with third-party digital agencies.
