Key Responsibilities Email Marketing: Assist in creating, testing, and sending email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar. Track email performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and provide actionable insights. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, directories, databases, and social platforms. Support the setup and optimization of lead capture forms and landing pages. Monitor and report lead quality and campaign performance. Social Media Handling: Schedule and publish engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics and assist in planning future content strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit). Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools. Strong research and data collection abilities.
