Role Overview

Digital Marketing Intern

The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical ability, and execution skills across social media, digital advertising, and automation systems.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Plan, design, and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram and other social platforms.
  • Create and manage reels, posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance.
  • Identify and coordinate with local influencers or brand partners for collaborations.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Assist in planning and running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare reports and suggest optimization strategies.

3. WhatsApp Business & Automation

  • Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API with catalog, greeting messages, and automation.
  • Design message flows for customer engagement, order updates, and retention.
  • Integrate WhatsApp systems with CRM or data sheets for tracking and analysis.

4. Brand Development & Growth Initiatives

  • Support campaigns for service launches, offers, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistency in Presswala’s brand voice, positioning, and communication.

5. Website & SEO (Basic)

  • Coordinate with the tech team on website content and updates.
  • Assist in creating SEO-optimized copy for service pages and blog posts.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly digital performance reports across all channels.
  • Track marketing data in relation to leads, orders, and conversions.
