Job Description

Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization: Update, maintain, and optimize the company website for enhanced user experience, SEO, and lead conversion. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the online portfolio is visually compelling and up-to-date. Content Marketing: Create engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, e-books, and newsletters to attract and engage the target audience. Collaborate with the design team for visually appealing content, such as project showcases and interior design guides. Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and leverage social media advertising for lead generation. Email Marketing: Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies. Optimize email campaigns for high open and click-through rates. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify and collaborate with interior design influencers and strategic partners to increase brand reach and credibility. Manage partnerships with industry-relevant companies and develop cross-promotional opportunities. Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company’s online reviews and reputation across platforms like Google, Houzz, and Yelp. Respond promptly to both positive and negative client feedback, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms to generate qualified leads. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management. Skills: Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM platforms, and social media management tools. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
