Interior Site Engineer

SITE ENGINEER (SE) REPORTING TO PM THIS POSITION IS TO SUPERVISE THE SITE, TO UNDERSTAND THE GROUND REALITY OF SITES AND PROVIDE HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE TO CUSTOMERS. 1 Check messages in all the company groups within a minimum of 30 minutes. 2 Align vendors before the site kickoff 3 check shops for shortages and arrange a stay for laborers near the site. 4 Perform a pooja at the site before starting the project and send a report to the customer and manager 5 Visit and monitor site activities on a daily basis 6 Call all vendors daily before 8:00 AM to check updates or allocate work 7 Update daily progress reports (DPR) and weekly reports for the customer and internal purposes. 8 Coordinate with the designer on design escalations or clarifications 9 Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements. 10 Track materials at the site level and update the same to the concentrator team 11 Track and ensure committed timelines are met. 12 Check thoroughly all materials received from the factory within 2 days and report promptly. 13 Ensure quality work at the site level. 14 Maintain site decorum 15 Clean the site on a daily basis 16 Call customers and stay in regular touch 17 Manage files and bills at the site. 18 Manage five sites at a time. 19 Be part of the site kickoff meeting. 20 Check material requirements with vendors, raise indents, and update the GRN. 21 Submit reports every Tuesday at the office (project updates with photos, CRM). 22 Attend every meeting at the site with the PA, customer, and designer. 23 Take measurements at the site and update running bills of vendors with signatures for payment 24 Avoid material wastage and unnecessary transportation. 25 Any new requirement at the site must be informed to the designer and PM through email, and ensure work starts only after the quote is approved. 26 Any deviation from measurements and specifications must immediately be mailed to seniors and the designer. 27 Update the designer and PM about new requirements at the site. 28 Take final measurements at the site for every laborer and vendor, and sign them off for the final bill 29 Ensure no damages are done, such as to floors, walls, toilets, etc. 30 Snags should be considered the highest priority 31 Hand over the project by showing every part and corner with an initial comparison using the key checklist. 32 Collect the handover certificate from customers 33 Attend the inauguration. 34 Request reviews and references (review in their apartment or community and on our social media). 35 Ensure you receive positive reviews for your team.
