Digital Marketing Head

About the Role

NXL Technologies is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital initiatives from our office in Kochi. This is not just an executive role—you will drive the vision, strategy, and performance of our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Drive PPC performance with a focus on lead quality and ROI.
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels with clear CTAs, automation sequences, and retargeting strategies.
• Oversee SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword planning, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to deliver cohesive and engaging digital campaigns.
• Leverage Google Marketing Platform tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio) to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to refine targeting and messaging.
• Stay current with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and effective.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proven expertise in PPC management and performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel building, and customer journey mapping.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with multimedia content creation, graphic design, video editing, or working with creative teams.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be willing to work full-time, on-site at our office in Kochi.
