Job Description

Job Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who will be responsible for planning, executing, reporting, and scaling digital and social media strategies for our clients. This role focuses on client growth, performance tracking, and strategic planning across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Planning

  • Develop customized digital marketing and social media strategies for each client
  • Understand client business goals, target audiences, and market positioning
  • Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans for client growth

Performance Marketing & PPC

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns for clients
  • Manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and performance funnels
  • Monitor and improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates for client campaigns

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Build and execute SEO strategies for client websites and brands
  • Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility
  • Coordinate with content teams for SEO driven content planning

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Create and manage platform specific social media strategies for clients
  • Plan content calendars, campaigns, and growth tactics
  • Drive engagement, reach, followers growth, and brand awareness

Reporting & Client Communication

  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for clients
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights and improvement plans
  • Communicate results, strategies, and next steps clearly to clients

Team & Project Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client work on time and with quality
  • Review creatives, ads, and content before client delivery
  • Ensure all client deliverables align with agreed strategies

Tools, Automation & Innovation

  • Use analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve client results
  • Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends
  • Continuously test new strategies to improve client performance

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
