Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and deadline driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience in a marketing agency environment, and the ability to convert ideas into visually impactful designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high quality visual content for social media, digital ads, websites, branding, and marketing campaigns
• Design creatives for Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousels, posters, banners, and presentations
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand briefs and deliver designs that align with brand strategy
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and platform-specific requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative agency
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in all major design tools and platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, and related software
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 plus years of experience in a marketing agency
• Experience in designing for marketing and social media campaigns
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video design is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
