Key Responsibilities:


SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and improve website ranking and organic traffic through performance analysis.
  • Optimize blog and landing page content for search engines.


Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Manage brand presence across platforms with engaging, audience-specific content.
  • Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.


Content Creation & Strategy

  • Create original, high-quality content for blogs, posts, videos, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members.
  • Develop campaign narratives aligned with brand voice and business goals.


Meta Ads & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for ROI.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and ad policy updates.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to track KPIs.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and offer insights to drive decisions.
  • Suggest improvements based on campaign data and market trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong command of 

    SEO

    social media strategy

    paid Meta campaigns

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Photoshop.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
