Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management. The ideal candidate will lead and execute performance-driven marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. You will play a key role in managing paid ad budgets, optimizing ROI, and scaling online advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking for paid ads. Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Create detailed media plans and budget forecasts. Collaborate with designers and content creators to build effective ad creatives and landing pages. Drive lead generation, website traffic, and product sales through paid acquisition strategies. Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns. Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, etc.). Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices. Optimize sales funnels and customer journey from ad click to conversion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and execution. Requirements: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Proficiency in GA4 , Google Tag Manager , Meta Pixel , UTM tracking , and conversion APIs. Strong understanding of CPC , CPM , CPA , ROAS , CTR , and related performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets of ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+ monthly (or equivalent in USD). Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills. Excellent project management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Landing Page tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Elementor). Familiarity with email marketing , CRM tools , and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS , WordPress , or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify). Creative mindset with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad copy and design.
