About the Role:

We are actively looking for a Front Office Admin / Receptionist to join our dynamic team at TradeGeniuz Capital Private Limited. This is a client-facing role suited for someone with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and welcoming environment of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
• Handle booking inquiries while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Accurately manage and update information in the booking system.
• Provide outstanding service across all guest communication channels.
• Promote company facilities and ongoing promotions with a proactive up-selling approach.
• Maintain and update booking reports with timely and accurate data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Any Degree (minimum qualification).
• Languages:
• Tamil & English (Fluent)
• Hindi (Mandatory)
• Fluency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Telecalling experience preferred

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Internship
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
