Administrative Assistant * Job Summary: Office Administrator The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of the organization. This role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and providing support to staff and management. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports. Assist with onboarding of new employees and training coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or office role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
