Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD). This role involves a combination of business and personal administrative support, helping the MD manage time, information, communication, and priorities across the company and in daily life. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel (domestic and international) Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and respond where appropriate Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD Administrative & Office Management Maintain confidential records and sensitive documents Support the MD with documentation, filing, and expense reporting Liaise with vendors, consultants, and project partners as required Personal Support Handle select personal tasks and appointments (travel, errands, scheduling, etc.) Assist in managing events or family office matters when needed Provide logistical support for family-related requirements with discretion Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of experience in a similar EA/PA role, ideally in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate settings Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/calendar tools, and basic digital workflows Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
