Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Set up remarketing, dynamic ads, and campaign automation
• Develop ROI-focused performance marketing strategies
• A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments

Google Merchant Center

• Oversee feed setup, optimization, and error resolution
• Ensure compliance with product policies and dynamic remarketing best practices

Search Console & SEO Collaboration

• Monitor technical and on-page SEO issues using Google Search Console
• Collaborate with SEO team to align organic and paid strategy

Meta & Instagram Strategy

• Launch and manage high-converting campaigns on Meta platforms
• Support campaign calendar with content & creative team
• Monitor lead quality, engagement rates, and ROAS

Analytics & Reporting

• Set up GA4 conversion tracking, events, and ecommerce tracking
• Build weekly/monthly reports with insights for senior leadership
• Implement UTM structure, audience insights, and attribution tracking
