Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Indore. This role will primarily focus on recruitment, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to drive business success, while also handling HR operations, including employee engagement, documentation and etc. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a strong talent pipeline. Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds with respective departments. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining formalities. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. HR Operations Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities. Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and compliance-related paperwork. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and employees. Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in the trading or investment industry is a plus. Why Join Us?
