WayWiz is a tech-first travel concierge dedicated to simplifying visas, holiday packages, and corporate travel. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive in Noida to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This role requires a hands-on expert who can develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy. More at www.waywiz.ai


Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

    Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, and social platforms to maximize ROI and achieve target CPA.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    Implement and oversee all SEO initiatives, including:

On-Page SEO :

Off-Page SEO :

  • Social Media & Community (SMM) :

    Lead our Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy across relevant platforms. Drive community building initiatives to foster brand loyalty and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Content & Creator Management:

    Oversee the content strategy, collaborating with creators and influencers to produce high-performing assets. Ensure all content is optimized for search and social channels.
  • Growth & Optimization:

    Employ growth hacking methodologies for rapid experimentation. Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through A/B testing of landing pages, ad copy, and user funnels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor, analyze, and report on all marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics (GA4). Translate raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.


Skills
  • Experience:

    3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth-focused role, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or B2C tech sector.
  • Highly Analytical:

    Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions. Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • SEO Expertise:

    In-depth knowledge of both

    on-page

    and

    off-page SEO

    best practices and algorithm updates.
  • SEM/PPC Proficiency:

    Proven track record of managing successful

    Google Ads

    and paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
  • SMM & Community:

    Strong understanding of

    SMM

    platforms and strategies for effective

    community building

    A true

    mentality, with a passion for testing, learning, and scaling what works.
  • Autonomy:

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take full ownership of the marketing function.


KPIs / Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC):

    Demonstrable reduction in the average cost to acquire a new customer while maintaining or increasing lead quality.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS):

    Consistent achievement or outperformance of target ROAS across all paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
  • Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate:

    Measurable increase in the percentage of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into paying customers.
  • Organic Traffic & Keyword Rankings:

    Sustained growth in organic website traffic, coupled with improved search engine rankings for strategic keywords.
  • Campaign Performance & ROI:

    Successful planning, execution, and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed objectives for reach, engagement, and overall return on investment.
