What You&aposll Do (The Mission):

Social Content Creator

• Create high-impact, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Own the end-to-end content cyclefrom brainstorming hooks and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Translate travel updates, product launches, and cultural trends into compelling short-form video, graphics, and copy.
• Build and maintain a content calendar that drives both consistency and creativity.
• Collaborate with the founder and core team to shape the brand voice and identity from the ground up.
• Constantly experiment with new formats, memes, and storytelling approaches to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are (The Essentials):

• 3+ years of proven experience creating content for digital-first brands (short-form video is your superpower).
• You have sharp copywriting instincts and can craft hooks that demand attention.
• Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and storytelling for social platforms.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and social psychologyyou dont just follow trends, you remix them.
• Highly self-driven and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• (Preferred) Prior experience in travel, lifestyle, or any visually-driven industry.
