Content Creation & Strategy:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to own, build, and grow our presence on Instagram and YouTube. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for creating thumb-stopping content that drives organic audience growth, engagement, and, ultimately, sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos that align with current trends and our brand identity.
• Develop a consistent content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and entertaining content.
• Produce static posts, stories, and carousels that drive engagement and conversions.

Audience Growth & Engagement:

• Implement strategies to rapidly grow our organic following and increase engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, saves).
• Build a community by actively responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant accounts.
• Collaborate with micro-influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, video views, website clicks) weekly.
• Use data-driven insights to constantly refine the content strategy and prove ROI.

Brand Voice & Trends:

• Maintain and evolve our brand’s unique voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, audio, and platform features to ensure our content is always relevant.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio (or personal social handles) that demonstrates your ability to create viral-style Reels and engaging video content.
• Tech-Savvy Creator:
• Proficiency in shooting and editing video on a smartphone (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Understanding of what makes content perform well on Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
• Creative Storyteller: Ability to brainstorm creative concepts that showcase our products in a fun, emotional, or relatable way.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Basic understanding of social media analytics and a desire to learn what content drives growth.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with our founders, designers, and other team members.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the e-commerce or gifting industry.
• Experience with YouTube SEO and growing an Instagram channel.
• Basic photography skills for product flat lays and stop-motion videos.
• A sense of humor and isn’t afraid to be on camera!
