Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 per Reel crossing 10k organic local views

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a versatile visual storyteller to manage content for two contrasting brands:

• Sports & Entertainment Venues – Pickleball, Cricket, Playzone, Events
• Premium Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic – Skin, Lasers, Education

If you can switch gears between high-energy hype and clean medical professionalism, this role is for you. If not, it isn’t.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation (Shoot + Edit):

• Sports matches, event highlights, venue vibes
• Clinic walkthroughs, aesthetic procedures, doctor education videos (with consent)

Editing Style:

• Fast, viral, high-energy Reels for sports
• Polished, calm, trust-building content for medical/aesthetic brand

Design:

• Posters & creatives for tournaments, events, and clinic offers (Canva)

WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLES)

• Ability to switch tone flawlessly:

Sports = Fun & Viral | Clinic = Professional & Trust-based

• Strong mobile video editing skills (CapCut / VN mandatory)
• Canva proficiency for posters & creatives
• Owns a high-quality smartphone (iPhone or Samsung S-series; 4K video)
• Understands and respects medical privacy (no consent = no filming)

CONTENT OUTPUT (WEEKLY TARGETS)

• Reels: 4–5 total
• 2–3 Sports / Playzone
• 2 Clinic / Dermatology
• Stories:
• Daily for Sports
• 3–4 per week for Clinic
• Posters:
• Sports tournaments
• Aesthetic treatment offers

WORK STYLE

• Flexible schedule (clinic mornings, sports evenings)
• Travel between sites reimbursed (actuals)
• Reports to:
• Marketing Lead (Sports)
• Dr. Sasi (Clinic)
