HIRING: MARKETING & BUSINESS HEAD – SPORTS & LIFESTYLE

Location: Visakhapatnam (Yendada & Madhavadhara)
Type: Full-time | On-site + Field Work
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

Extras: Performance Incentives + Travel / Fuel Allowance

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Marketing & Business Head to drive revenue growth across Vizag’s most diverse sports and lifestyle portfolio:

• Indoor & Rooftop Cricket / Pickleball Arenas
• New Gaming & Teen Playzone (Arcade, Pool, Café)
• Indoor Swimming Pool (with ramp)
• Home Theatre & Convertible Function Spaces

This is a numbers-first role. Visibility without revenue is failure.

YOUR IMMEDIATE MANDATE

1. Launch

• Execute the launch of a Teen & Family Playzone (arcade, pool tables, café)
• Achieve profitability within 60 days

2. Monetisation

• Increase bookings for:
• Indoor Swimming Pool
• Home Theatre
• Mini Function Hall (non-sports hours)

3. Revival

• Double footfall and revenue at Cricket & Pickleball venues (Yendada & Madhavadhara)

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You are:

• A closer, not just a planner
• Comfortable pitching to schools, colleges, corporates, and event planners
• Able to sell both:
• A birthday / party package
• A sports league or academy plan
• Well-networked locally in Vizag (schools, communities, corporates)

If you prefer desks over field work, this role is not for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive venue bookings, memberships, and event sales
• Create and execute local marketing campaigns (online + offline)
• Build school, college, and corporate tie-ups
• Package and price experiences (sports, parties, day-outs)
• Track weekly revenue and footfall metrics

INCENTIVES (REAL MONEY, NOT FANCY TITLES)

• ₹500 bonus per new academy enrolment
• 10% commission on sports memberships sold
• 3% commission on events / parties closed directly
• ₹5,000 milestone bonus for first month crossing ₹3L combined revenue

WORK SCHEDULE

• 6 days/week
• Weekend availability required during events (weekday compensatory off)
