What You'll Do (The Opportunity):

• Develop and execute our entire digital marketing strategy from the ground up across all channels.
• Craft compelling, high-quality content—from killer website copy to engaging social media posts—that builds trust and community.
• Build and manage our organic presence through modern SEO and content marketing practices.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across social media, owning the process from creative concept to performance analysis.
• Relentlessly experiment with new channels, tactics, and ideas to find breakthrough growth opportunities.
• Be the voice of our brand, engaging directly with our first users and building a loyal community.

Who You Are (The Essentials):

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills are non-negotiable. You can write words that sell, inspire, and build trust.
• You have proven expertise across core marketing channels: SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media.
• You are a "first-principles" thinker who loves to question the old playbook and build new things from scratch.
• You are highly autonomous, proactive, and thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup.

• (Preferred) You have previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
