As we expand our global footprint, our in-house marketing team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand story and strengthening our presence across digital platforms.

We are now seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate



Position Overview

This role is designed for someone passionate about social media management, brand building, and digital marketing



Key Responsibilities


🔹 Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Google My Business.
  • Create posting calendars, schedule content, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and actively build community interactions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to drive

    follower growth and engagement rates

Brand Building & Visibility

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing strategies to strengthen

    brand tone and positioning

    .
  • Ensure all communication reflects a consistent, professional, and premium global consulting brand voice.
  • Track and improve metrics related to reach, impressions, and brand recall.


SEO & Website Presence

  • Optimize website and Google My Business listings for visibility and search ranking.
  • Track keyword performance and recommend improvements to drive organic traffic.
  • Assist in implementing SEO-driven strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.


Digital Campaigns (Paid & Organic)

  • Execute and monitor

    Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads

    campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and ROI under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Leverage insights to refine campaign targeting and improve outcomes.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics to track growth and engagement.
  • Prepare

    monthly dashboards

    on follower growth, engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Share actionable insights to support strategy refinement.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in

    digital marketing and social media management

    .
  • Strong skills in managing

    Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Google My Business

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights

    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer.
  • Strong copywriting skills for

    social media captions, ad copy, and brand messaging

    .
  • Ability to drive

    organic growth and engagement

    , while also supporting paid campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.



Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Yoast).
  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Basic video editing or Canva Pro expertise.
  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools.
