Key Responsibilities :


1.⁠ ⁠SEO Management : Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.

Conduct technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, and backlink optimization.

Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.

Track and report on keyword performance, domain authority, and organic traffic growth.


2.⁠ ⁠Performance Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.

Manage budgets, monitor performance KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and ensure campaigns meet ROI goals.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.


3.⁠ ⁠Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on SEO, paid campaigns, and web traffic analytics.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for data-driven insights.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.


4.⁠ ⁠Growth & Innovation

Stay updated on the latest trends in search engine algorithms, digital ad formats, and automation tools.

Explore new opportunities in performance-based marketing, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.

Required Skills & Tools

SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console

Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio, Tag Manager

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, keyword research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

Excellent command over Excel/Sheets, reporting dashboards, and presentation skills


Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing roles
