The mandate is clear: drive high-intent leads, accelerate conversions, and create a measurable sales pipeline through data-backed digital strategies. This role demands someone who understands the commercial impact of marketing and operates with a growth-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Deploy ROI-centric digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels to generate qualified leads. Build and optimize performance funnels that convert traffic into paying customers. Own the digital sales pipeline end-to-end — from lead acquisition to follow-up workflows and conversion handover. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with a bias for rapid iteration and scale. Execute email automation, retargeting, and re marketing strategies to maximize lead monetization. Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, lead quality, and monthly revenue targets. Manage CRM hygiene, audience segmentation, and lead scoring to increase conversion efficiency. Develop content assets (ads, landing pages, creatives) designed purely for commercial impact. Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends. Drive cost efficiencies in digital spends without compromising lead velocity. Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with direct contribution to revenue. Strong command of paid ads, analytics, CRM tools, and performance marketing dashboards. Proven track record of achieving monthly lead and sales KPIs. Ability to translate marketing insights into actionable sales outcomes. High accountability, strong communication, and a bias for execution.
