Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and Social Media Advertising, with a proven track record of improving online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and generating leads/sales. Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and technical SEO. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software. Build backlinks and improve domain authority to increase organic traffic and search rankings. Google Ads (PPC): Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video). Perform keyword research, write ad copies, and set up targeted ad groups. Monitor CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and conversions to maximize ROI. A/B test ads and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness. Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create engaging ad creatives and audience-specific targeting strategies. Track ad performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, CTR, and conversions. Work with the content team to align ads with branding and campaigns. Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for SEO, Google Ads, and social ads. Analyze campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and ad platform changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads management. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar. Strong copywriting and analytical skills. Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
