Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate will be a funnel expert, capable of building, managing, and optimizing campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion and retargeting. You will be responsible for driving key business metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Funnel Management: Develop, execute, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion). Campaign Creation & Optimization: Build and launch campaigns for various objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Catalog Sales). Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. Retargeting Strategy: Design and implement sophisticated retargeting sequences to re-engage website visitors, cart abandoners, and past converters. Audience Building: Utilize Facebook's audience tools (Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Saved Audiences) to target and expand reach effectively. Budget Management: Manage the daily and monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns to maximize results. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily. Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and provide regular, insightful reports on performance, learnings, and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with the content/design team to brief and develop high-converting ad creatives (images, video, carousels). Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta advertising and the digital marketing landscape. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience of 2-4 years in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Must have demonstrable experience in building and optimizing sales funnels. Must have expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel implementation. Strong understanding of retargeting strategies and audience segmentation. Proficiency in tracking, analytics, and reporting. Experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus. Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
