Job Description

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive engagement across online platforms.


The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and product management teams to create effective digital strategies, manage social media, and deliver impactful promotional content aligned with pharma branding and compliance standards.



Key Responsibilities


Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).


Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing.


Manage company and brand pages on social media, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.


Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital dashboards.


Coordinate with product and creative teams to ensure all campaigns align with brand goals and pharma compliance guidelines.


Support product launches and promotional activities through digital channels.


Create, schedule, and monitor WhatsApp and email campaigns for doctors and medical professionals.


Research and identify trends, insights, and competitor activities in the pharma digital marketing space.


Prepare and present performance reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and engagement metrics.



Requirements


Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in pharma or healthcare marketing.


Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.


Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).


Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an added advantage.


Familiarity with pharma promotional standards, compliance norms, and communication ethics.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.




Preferred Qualifications


Knowledge of digital content creation — social media posts, short videos, reels, and email templates.


Experience in doctor engagement campaigns, product awareness promotions, or brand launches.


Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, sales, and product management teams.
