Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Create and manage content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms to engage our target audience and drive conversions.

• Utilize video editing and graphic designing skills to create compelling multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, online advertising platforms, and multimedia content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate regularly on the progress of digital marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and upcoming campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic designing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

• Leadership skills and experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
• Passion for technology and the IT industry, with a desire to stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in digital marketing and content creation.
