Role Overview

Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment, understands digital behavior across platforms, and knows how to translate campaign goals into measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms:

    Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

  • Manage performance marketing funnels with a focus on

    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement.

  • Optimize ads based on A/B testing, re-targeting strategies, and platform-specific performance data.


Website & SEO Coordination

  • Manage content updates and performance of

    event websites and landing pages.

  • Ensure websites are SEO-optimized using

    on-page/off-page best practices, keyword research

    , and analytics.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams for site speed, UX, and structure improvements.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build, schedule, and track

    email marketing campaigns

    using tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Segment audiences for pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication
  • Track performance and implement improvements in open rates, CTRs, and conversions.


Social Media & Engagement

  • Support the social media team with paid boosting and performance insights.
  • Monitor engagement KPIs and align content with digital goals.
  • Help repurpose high-performing posts into ads and conversion assets.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly and post-campaign reports with insights from

    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,


LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

  • Make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain monthly dashboards for performance reviews.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Digital Media, Communications

    , or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in

    digital marketing roles (agency or in-house).

  • Solid understanding of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Knowledge of

    SEO tools

    (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest).
  • Strong grasp of

    email campaign platforms

    and

    analytics dashboards.

  • Experience working on

    event or campaign-driven marketing

    is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with analytical precision.
