Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. They manage various digital channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for better ranking.
  • Perform keyword research and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics/Search Console.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC)
  • Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Monitor budget, ROI, and ad performance.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Manage company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and run paid ad campaigns.
  • Content Marketing
  • Coordinate content creation (blogs, articles, videos, infographics).
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.
  • Email Marketing
  • Create newsletters, promotional mailers, and drip campaigns.
  • Analyze open rates, click rates, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates.
  • Generate reports and suggest improvements.
  • Website & Online Presence
  • Update website content, landing pages, and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Handle basic WordPress/CMS updates.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with sales, design, and content teams for campaign success.
  • Coordinate with external agencies if required.
  • Latest Trends
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Type: Permanent
