We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can wear multiple hats — strategist, creator, analyst, and storyteller. You’ll be responsible for managing our digital presence, driving online visibility, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and clients.
This is a hybrid role combining content creation, campaign planning, client coordination, and hands-on storytelling — both online and on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
● Capture and edit photo/video content during events and weekend stays
● Create Reels, Stories, and creatives using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
● Coordinate with clients for content, bookings, and feedback
● Support the team in executing campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer outreach
● Manage guest inquiries via social media and digital channels
● Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for improvement
● Assist with website updates, email marketing, and community engagement
Requirements:
● 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (hospitality/lifestyle industry preferred)
● Strong communication & presentation skills (English and Hindi/Telugu)
● Hands-on experience with Canva, video editing apps, and social media trends
● Ability to coordinate with guests/clients professionally and confidently
● Creative, self-driven, and comfortable multitasking across field and desk tasks
Work Location & Schedule:
● Primary Office: Sheraton Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
● Resort Visits: On weekends or event dates (with prior planning)
Salary:
To be discussed based on your last drawn salary and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,859.53 - ₹32,970.79 per month
