Role Overview:

As the Estate Manager cum Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the resort, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, discipline, safety, and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

• Supervise and manage daily resort operations: housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and service staff.
• Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs, room readiness, and housekeeping standards.
• Implement SOPs and quality control for all services.
• Maintain resort upkeep, cleanliness, and ambience standards.

Estate & Facility Management

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, villas, landscape, water supply, and power systems.
• Manage outsourced services: security, pest control, laundry, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely repairs and AMC.

Discipline & Team Leadership

• Maintain high discipline, punctuality, and conduct across staff.
• Lead by example, mentor junior staff in grooming, behavior, and service culture.
• Conduct regular briefings, training, and feedback sessions.

Guest Experience & Safety

• Ensure guest satisfaction through timely services and grievance handling.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness.
• Act as the first point of contact for any on-ground operational or guest issue.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Oversee stock and inventory for consumables, linens, cleaning supplies, and F&B.
• Optimize resource usage and control wastage.
• Maintain records and daily reporting.

Preferred Profile:

• Retired Subedar Major or senior JCO from the Indian Army/ Defence Forces
• hysically fit and mentally alert with high integrity and discipline.
• Fluent in Hindi and/or English; familiarity with Telugu is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
