Current Open Positions

Kitchen Department

1. CDP – Multicuisine

Expertise in global cuisines

Ability to manage kitchen operations and guide junior staff

Strong focus on quality, consistency, and hygiene standards

2. CDP – Indian Curry

Specialization in Indian curries and gravies

Experience in traditional and modern Indian preparations

Ability to maintain authentic flavors with consistency

3. DCDP – Continental

Experience in Continental cuisine

Ability to support CDP and handle section independently when required

Knowledge of international cooking methods and presentation

4. Commis (All Sections)

Basic culinary knowledge

Willingness to learn and work across multiple sections

Ability to support senior chefs in daily preparation and service

Food & Beverage Department

5. Female Captain

Strong leadership and guest-handling skills

Ability to supervise floor operations and ensure service excellence

Good communication and team-coordination skills

6. F&B GSA (Guest Service Associate)

Pleasant personality with excellent guest-service skills

Ability to handle guest orders, table setups, and restaurant operations

Prior F&B experience preferred

Engineering Department

7. Electrician

Experience in electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of resort/hotel electrical systems preferred

Ability to attend to emergency breakdowns

Sales Department

8. Female Sales Manager

Experience in hospitality sales, corporate tie-ups, and event generation

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills

Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue
