Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in administrative and accounting roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
