Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive who will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges across Kerala. The candidate will focus on organizing seminars, collecting student data, and promoting Expertzlab’s Add-on Courses. This role demands a high level of travel (70%) and interaction with academic institutions to drive enrollment and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions across Kerala.

Plan, schedule, and conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities within colleges.

Collect, analyze, and manage student data for targeted marketing campaigns.

Promote and market Expertzlab’s Add-on Courses to institutions and students.

Achieve enrollment targets by generating leads through college tie-ups and events.

Collaborate with internal teams for seminar content, promotional materials, and follow-ups.

Provide regular reports on activities, leads, and results to the management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, educational promotions, or B2B/B2C outreach (preferably in the education/IT training sector).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and networking ability with academic institutions.

Willingness to travel 70% across Kerala.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
