Digital Marketing Executive – Job Description Position Details:
Role: Digital Marketing Executive Location: On-Site Kota (Rajasthan) Experience: 1-2 years Salary: Up to ₹20k per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, social media strategies, branding activities, and performance analysis. The candidate must have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms.
Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and ads.
Manage and grow company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Conduct SEO/SEM activities to increase website visibility and traffic.
Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly campaign reports.
Coordinate with the design and content team to create graphics, videos, and creatives.
Improve brand awareness and engagement across digital channels.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and online presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising.
Good knowledge of content creation, Figma, Canva/Photoshop, and basic video editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and innovations.
