Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Travel We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media, paid campaigns, content and analytics for our hospitality & tours division. This role suits a technically inclined marketer with experience in performance marketing, automation tools and CRM platforms. Out-station candidates are welcome (food & shared accommodation provided). Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reels & Shorts Create marketing content (graphics, reels, blogs, emails) aligned with brand goals Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing, basic SEO/SEM) Track and analyze performance using GA4, Meta & LinkedIn insights; share reports Support email & WhatsApp marketing for lead generation and retargeting Coordinate with sales/design teams for room, tour, restaurant & EV-charging promotions Candidate Requirements Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media (preferred) 1–4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing Working knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, landing pages & Search Console Experience with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Mautic, Marketo) Basic video editing for reels (CapCut / InShot); Canva/Photoshop Good English communication (Malayalam/Hindi a plus) Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is an advantage Benefits Direct employment with a growing hospitality & travel brand Competitive salary based on experience Food & accommodation provided for on-site staff Exposure to hospitality, travel & EV-mobility marketing =================================================
