Property Manager – Hospitality & Travel Sector (Ernakulam-based Operations) Full-Time | Relocation to Aluva, Kerala | Food & Accommodation Provided Direct Employer | Long-Term Association Preferred We are hiring a dynamic Property Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations  The role demands a strong customer-centric approach, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage travel and hospitality bookings while ensuring guest satisfaction and property upkeep. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Front Office Operations: Oversee check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a customer-first attitude. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt support and communication. Property & Facility Management: Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution. Manage inventory and supplies across all properties. Travel & Booking Operations: Manage travel-related bookings including hotel, transport, and experiences. Plan competitive offers and rate strategies through online research. Administrative & MIS Reporting: Provide administrative support and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel. Maintain OTA dashboards and track performance metrics. OTA & Sales Management: Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Expedia, Agoda (preferred). Handle tele-calling for leads, queries, and booking coordination. Candidate Profile Experience: 1–2 years in property management, hospitality, front office, or travel coordination. Exposure to OTA platform management and telesales is a plus. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam or Tamil is an advantage). Computer literate with familiarity in mobile apps and hospitality software. Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a flexible schedule. Candidates with a valid LMV driving license and car driving experience preferred. Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate to Aluva, Kerala. Food, accommodation, and relocation support will be provided.
