Role & responsibilities

Job Role: Front Office Executive / Reservation Manager

We are looking for a professional, guest-friendly, and tech-savvy individual to oversee front office operations, guest reservations,

and OTA platform management at our boutique resort.

Key Responsibilities

Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest assistance & inquiries

Process reservations through PMS & OTAs (e.g., eZee, Cloudbeds, Booking.com)

Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and guest folios

Promote upselling of room categories and packages

Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and transport teams

Supervise guest transport, concierge support, and tour bookings

Maintain booking records, ensure rate parity, and prepare daily reports

Handle guest data with confidentiality and manage front desk cash flow

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility & Skills:

2 - 3 years experience in front office/reservations at a hotel or resort

Proficient with hotel PMS/reservation software

Excellent communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi

Degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (preferred)

Strong leadership, multitasking, and administrative skills

Job Type: Full-Time
